ERGONOMICS RISK ASSESSMENT (ERA) IN UMW TOYOTA MOTOR SDN BHD

A special thanks to En. Rosden Rahmat (general manager human capital division), En. Ong Han Guan (manager customer service operations), En. Anthonysamy Thomas (manager customer service operations), En. Azman Mohd Suror (ESH) and En. Muhammad Shawal mohammad Sharif (ESH) for the opportunity to conduct ERA in UMW TOYOTA MOTOR SDB BHD in completing the course for EOH4201 (Ergonomics). The assessment was conducted on April 16, 2019 and May 2, 2019.

The objective of conducting ERA are to identify most ergonomics risk factor that may cause harm to the employees, to determine the likelihood of harm arising from exposure  to the ergonomics risk factors, and to recommend the appropriate control  measures toward risk reduction. A report on Ergonomics Risk Assessment (ERA) will be submitted to the company, reviewed and signed by the Chairman of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Malaysia, Prof Dr. Shamsul Bahri Mohd Tamrin.
