Department of Family Medicine

In 2009, the department of Family Medicine was established. 

The department is actively involved in consultancy work especially in the field of Family Medicine and Care of the Older Persons in the district of Sepang. This is part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between UPM and the district of Sepang.

In line with the vision and mission of the university where research is integral, the department was requested for a research laboratory in 2010. All the academic staff are actively involved in research, holds several grants and collaborate with other agencies.
