The Department of Neurology at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is an organization that focuses on teaching and research specifically on the treatment of neurological and brain diseases. The department offers scope of teaching that covers both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In order to have a conducive learning environment, the department is well equipped with a neurophysiology laboratory where students can study the latest methods of neurological experiments and treatments. Teaching sessions are also held at the UPM Teaching Hospital (HPUPM). At HPUPM, students will have a better understanding of disease's pathophysiology as well as its clinical manifestation through clinical approaches. The Department of Neurology is committed to produce a generation that is knowledgeable and devoted to the country, in line with the vision of UPM, to serve with knowledge!
