Department of Family Medicine

On 1st September 2009, the department of Family medicine was officially established.  Currently the department is headed by Assoc. Prof Dr. Aneesa Abdul Rashid and has 18 academic staffs. The department is also assisted by 4 supporting staffs. The department is actively involved in consultancy work especially in the field of Family Medicine and Care of the Older Persons in the district of Sepang. This is the part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Ministry Of Health, Malaysia through smart partnership with the district of Sepang.
