This program was organized by the Family Medicine Specialist UPM, Malaysian Society of Hypertension (MSH), Family Medicine Specialist Association (FMSA) dan Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia.

As many as 130 participants inclusive of family medicine specialists, emergency physicians and internal medicine specialists from all over the country including Sabah and Sarawak participated in this training of trainers program. The objective of this program was to further enhance on the management of patients with high blood pressure.  

The fellow speakers and trainers consisted of experts such as Prof Dr Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman, Prof Dr Anis Safura Ramli, Dato' Sri Dr Azhari Rosman, Academician Senior Professor Dato' Dr Khalid Yusoff and Prof Dr Zaleha Mahdy among others from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences very own experts.

Also in attendance was Dr Mohd Aminuddin Mohd Yusof (head of CPG unit, MOH), Dr Sri Wahyu Taher (President of Family Medicine Specialist Association), Prof Madya Dr Norhafizah Mokhtaruddin (Deputy Dean Academic of Medicine UPM), Dr. Arunah Chandran (infectious disease unit MOH) dan Prof. Madya. Dr. Hj Muhammad Bin Hj Mohd Isa.
