Program Background

This program gathers CEOs (Chief Executive Officers) as well as local and international industry leaders to Malaysian universities to share knowledge and experiences with students and university staff.
The program will be led by the Chief Executive Officer who will be appointed as CEO@PTJ, providing commitment and guidance to students, lecturers, and researchers at UPM.
They will also assist in matters such as curriculum development to ensure that learning and criteria align with industry standards.
The program is expected to bridge the gap between private and public institutions while strengthening the relationship between industry and academia.

Main Objectives

CEOs become icons for students and faculty.
Develop integration and synergy in collaboration between industry experts and researchers and students at the University.
Enhance industry exposure for students and faculty members.
Recruit and develop the best talent, especially among students, for industry practitioners by demonstrating diverse career paths.
Enhance visibility for collaborative cooperation between industry and the University.
