PUBLIC SECTOR CONDUCIVE ECOSYSTEM (EKSA)

EKSA which has been introduced since January 2014 is a rebranding Public Sector 5S practice, and is one of the initiatives towards improvement the quality of government service delivery. This rebranding move is appropriate and keep up with the changes and current needs that always emphasize increasing the performance and competitiveness of the organization in addition to fueling it further creative and innovative culture among public sector departments/agencies.
