Serdang 1 July – The Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences (FPSK) and Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Hospital (HSAAS), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) held the FPSK-HSAAS Leadership Strengthening Programme Series I 2025 on 1 July at the Agriculture Hall, Faculty of Agriculture, UPM. This programme involved 60 FPSK and HSAAS staff including the Dean, Deputy Dean, COO, Deputy Director of HSAAS, Head of Administration of FPSK-HSAAS and also administrators of both entities.

Guest speaker Dr. Saiful Amin Jalun, assisted by Mr. Mohd Zulkarniean Mohd Yusof as facilitator, was invited to make a one-day program a success with the FPSK-HSAAS leadership.

This program is a continuation of the previous year's program, which was held in 2024, where four similar series of programs were held that year. The purpose of this program is to focus on the following 3 things:

1. Leadership
2. Teamwork
3. A sense of belonging to an institution

This time's program is packed with group activities and a spirit of cooperation between groups so that the expected output can be translated while in the office and the surrounding environment, regardless of a person's position.

Among the activities carried out throughout the one-day program.

The event ended with the Dean presenting souvenirs to the speakers and taking pictures with souvenirs.
