SERDANG, May 26, 2026 – Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) recently played host to the prestigious 2026 Master of Orthopaedic Exit Examination.
The rigorous 11-day examination, which took place from April 20 to April 30, 2026, serves as a crucial milestone to assess and certify the competency of medical doctors before they officially qualify as specialists.

This year's session featured 20 candidates from universities around Malaysia, each of whom was evaluated on their clinical proficiency and expertise in patient care and orthopaedic surgery.
To ensure a high standard and quality of assessment, more than 20 examiners, comprising a panel of Malaysia's leading Orthopaedic Specialists, were assembled throughout the examination period. This collective expertise not only guaranteed the transparency of the assessment but also maintained the benchmark for medical excellence in the country.
