WORKSHOP ON STRENGTHENING THE JOB DESCRIPTIONS OF FPSK 2025 IMPLEMENTATION STAFF (PHASE 1)

21–23 November 2025, the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FPSK) through the Dean's General Office, has taken the initiative to organize a Workshop on Strengthening the Job Descriptions of FPSK Implementing Staff 2025 as an effort to strengthen the role and coordination of tasks in line with the requirements of the latest Public Service Remuneration System (SSPA).

The workshop, held from 21 to 23 November 2025 at the Institute of Leadership and Development (ILD), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, aims to ensure that the implementing staff group understands the changes in the new remuneration system, streamlines job descriptions, proposes improvements to the scope of work, increases productivity, and strengthens working relationships among faculty members.

 

Apart from that, this workshop also invited 2 special speakers to share on the topic of teamwork, working time management, the role and importance of implementing staff in the organization, which was presented by Dr. Saiful Amin Jalun. Meanwhile, Mrs. Kamariah Derasol focused on the topic of the blessings of work and the management of toxic work environments.

 

This initiative also provides space for participants to voice suggestions for improvements and coordinate roles according to the university's needs and current developments.

A total of 71 implementing staff were involved in this workshop, assisted by 12 facilitators consisting of P&P officers in implementing the planned activities.

 

 

This organization reflects FPSK's commitment to continue to improve the efficiency, accountability and professionalism of its employees, while ensuring the delivery of better quality services to the university and the community.

 

Phase II of a similar workshop will be held next year involving the other half of the implementation staff who were unable to attend phase I.
